Ernest, here in Minnesota, Del Stubbs grows some Ribes at his place up
north near Bemidji and I have some here in the Twin Cities. I'm sure
there are others who grow some in your zone too. -- Sam Brungardt, St.

The eight currants and gooseberries I bought last Spring from
Farms made it fine through Winter.. Just received three more
and ordered another three today. I don't know of anyone else
who grows currants and gooseberries. Whitman Farms has
plants. I'm growing them in a large raised bed using black
rabbit manure and composted cow manure.
