They are quite easy to grow, handle, and use. I've grown my own, or
had trees, all my life. With some of the hardy Carpathians you can
grow them in surprisingly cold areas.

To all,

I am interested to see if anyone has experience with English Walnuts.

Is it worth growing?
Is the tree messy or a problem like Black Walnuts?
Are the nuts a frustrating experience (drying, cracking, competing [with
animals], etc.)?

Thanks!
