[NAFEX] free mulch not all bad

My town sells 'screened compost' cheap at the recycling center, and while 
I've never used it, I know people who like it a lot.  It's mostly made of 
fall leaves but contains other yard waste, such as chipped Christmas trees 
and other tree and shrub residue.
