I should have sent this to the whole list and not just James. Please do remember that there is a lot of variation in the times that Pomona arrives in different parts of the country. Mine comes to New Mexico later than the west coast and up to two weeks later than my friends in Illinois recieve it. The last time I emailed about a missing issue my copy showed up a day or two later. That said, the post office does eat an occational copy and accidents do happen.

Regarding missing Pomona copies. (This is not for all missing copies just when you are sure the current one isn't going to arrive). Send a email to Jill Vorbeck our membership chair vorbeck at csj.net . Jill is responsible for sending out Pomona and keeping current the membership lists. She lost her husband unexpectedly in fall 2005, so we have to cut her some slack around that time, though at this point things ought to be back to normal. I hope you are not waiting for a reminder card for renewals, but are looking at the label on the Pomona and renewing when you get the one that says last. The cards are an extra expense for NAFEX and are sent out so that we don't permanently lose people who forget to renew, but are not meant to go out to everyone for each of their renewals. Sometimes back copies are available through the librarian, but we are tending to print few extras due to costs. I haven't gotten my fall copy yet, but the New Mexico copies arrive even later than the west coast ones (that should not be a problem for you, if you are really in Wisconsin, as they are mailed from Illinois). If mine doesn't arrive soon I will email Jill and request one.
