Subject: [NAFEX] Keepsake
Re Jim Fruth, Minnesota entry re Keepsake apple,
Wondering when you harvested, as it has to hang late to reach potential. As a parent of Honeycrisp, it has many of the Honeycrisp qualities. After our Honeycrisp are gone, our clients like Keepsake nearly as much. This one will improve in cold storage, and can be a good Christmas apple. Often small, thin well for size and optimum flavor.
