[NAFEX] Dormant Oil

Im short of time at the moment so I didnt research this but I seem to
recall the use of insecticidal soaps in place of dormant oils. Im not sure
theyre any better for the environment (see earlier discussions of
surfactants and wildlife) but I dont know if thats why youre avoiding
petroleum.
