[NAFEX] Good tasting banana for a container

Hello,

I read a story about a fellow who kept a bananna in a container.  He would  
cut it back in the fall, bring it in for the winter, and it would put out  
a new trunk by spring.  He did this every season.  Do no recall if he got  
fruit.

Not sure where I read it though.
