Can't help you on hardiness, but Stella can set so heavily the massive
clusters of fruit are very susceptible to brown rot. If it starts in
one fruit, it can race up the limb. In other cherries, only isolated
clusters are hurt because the disease can't jump from one to another so
quickly.
