[NAFEX] Shipping efficiency

It's called "U.S. Mail".  Or, efficiency Rn't US.  I've sent packages 
to addresses five miles from me that took four days because the package 
was sent up to a central routing system, sorted, sent back to the local 
post office, THEN delivered.

ago happened to take a week or ten days to reach its recipient, in only
