[NAFEX] peach pits

Derry,

I have also placed some peach pits in a pastic baggie
with moist potting soil in the fridge, but I did it
sometime in September and they germinated right around
the first of January in the frig, way too early around
here in central MO unless you have a greenhouse.  The
point is, based on this experience, they don't need
freezing temperatures, and I'd be a little surprised
if you didn't get enough cold to do the trick in 7/8.
