[NAFEX] apple tree dormancy/precocity

Thanks for the suggestion.  The branches were grafted in easy reach - 
that is, sort of on the side of the tree - so they are growing fairly 
horizontal on their own.  But they do reach upwards, especially towards 
their ends.  Do you think that further flattening their angle would 
help?
