I think what Ginda means is to be sure to remove the headers when you reply.
I have left the headers from the last letter, below, to show you what is
meant. I have altered the e-mail addresses so they can't be retrieved from
the archives.

Addresses show up in the from line, but not in the archives. However,
when messages are quoted, people sometimes include the from line within
the body of the message. Then it seems to be included in the archives.
That's a bad thing.
