[NAFEX] ringing fruit trees

Try it only on a small limb first.  Here in the NW, such wounding would be
an invitation to gummosis and pseudomonas on apricots and other stone
fruits.

I know in California, girdling is a very common practice with apricots to
increase fruit size.  Common with seedless grape vines as well.
