[nafex] Pear Rootstock

Here is my dumb question for the week.  I came across the statement that
pears are usually grafted on to either dwarfing or fireblight-resistant
rootstock.  OK.  Sounds reasonable, but what are the exact rootstocks for
dwarfing a pear and for giving it fireblight resistance??
