[MSAR] packet transmissions

My alternate e-mail is actually an office e-mail. Sometimes I screw up and
send stuff out to the MSAR folks. I just don't select the correct return
address. It would probably be best if the cobrole at nwlink.com were not on the
list. That way others using the same address won't have to wade through my
stuff, But it was a good idea.
