HI, Tracy! Welcome to the group! I'm fairly new here also, and just a year
into MSAR.
I don't know if the Lake of the Ozarks is too far for you to travel, but our
team has a seminar in April that might help answer some questions for you,
and your teammates. you'll find information at www.obsar.org.
