[Market-farming] Seeding peas in trays

I don't worry about hardening or acclimating. It'd take a big
heatwave to hurt more than a field planted seed would suffer under the
same conditions and cold isn't too big an issue. I've had
transplanted peas handle temps down to 25. If your growing small
scale for market it's a no-brainer.
