Probably of course they won't get sick at all, let alone sick enough to 
die. However, if any customer gets sick for any reason, and they find 
out you had fresh manure on the crops, that's where the blame is likely 
to be assigned. Also, the chances that someone actually does get sick 
from the manure, while extremely small, are not zero.

As we sometimes tell out customers, when they ask if they need to wash 
produce: birds do fly over the field. But increasing this factor by 
deliberately fencing your flock into the garden may be unwise.
