[Market-farming] High Yield crop recommendations

Sounds like a great project.   I never have had very good yields  with 
yukon gold potatoes so we have been planting kenebec for our local food  pantry 
and we can usually get 4 bushels for a 100' row and try to dig a row  every 
week for them.  Collard or any cooking greens work good here and has  a lot 
better shelf life for the shelters that our food will end up in, yield is  
rather good as well, feeds quite a few folks.
