[Market-farming] Potting up Pepper Starts

I direct seed into 128 or 72 square-celled trays. 128 cells are about 1"x1" and 3/4" deep. I grow the peppers out in these trays and try to schedule plantings at about 6 weeks. Weather being uncooperative, I've planted as late as 9 weeks successfully in these trays. Not the best but if you have a greenhouse and manage water and nutrients well, peppers can handle it.
