[Market-farming] growing garlic

I make a lot of garlic scape pesto; I can't sell scapes around here, but I don't even care since I love the pesto so much. It freezes well (let it thaw in the fridge; don't microwave); a bowl of bright green garlic scape pesto is a sure cure for winter blues.

I made garlic scape pesto the other day, and it was very delicious. I didn't add much olive oil, as I don't care for much of it, and added lemon juice, almonds, parmesan cheese, garlic scapes, and some parsley. I think that was all. It is very garlicy and great.
