[Market-farming] Shade cloth for drying onions

I dried my onions and garlic in a greenhouse last year with shadecloth 
that was probably at least 50% (I bought it at an auction and don't have 
the spec.) and it worked out well.  I also ran the fans 24 hours a day 
which really seemed to help in drying.
