[Market-farming] Thin egg shells...

My layers (hens) are producing thin-shelled eggs (some even without shells altogether). I give them oyster shells for calcium, and they're free range, so I'm wondering what else I can do to prevent this and increase minerals in their diet, organically?
Also, does anyone have other good farm listservs I could join? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
