We have only used it on "narrow" widths. And, you're welcome - just an
old "tobacco country" technique.

Alison, thanks for the excellent suggestion.  Do you use this on really
wide pieces of row cover or only the narrow (one-bed) widths?

	Imagine the row cover as the yarn (your left hand is gathering
the width of the row cover as you walk forward into a thick "rope") and
