[Market-farming] Seeking to buy pecans and walnuts (at less than the price of gold)

Ya'll might want to watch Ebay a little later in the fall when pecans are
being harvested. We bought cracked pecans last year for a little more than
a dollar per pound plus shipping. We got almost 50% meats when we were
finished. Not bad! It took some work to take the meats out of the shells,
but on a winter evening, it was a pleasant task. We froze them in heavy
freezer bags and they are still very good! Although not many are left - we
enjoy them as a snack. I think ours came out of Arkansas and the quality was
very fine.

I would be interested also, I do alot of baking and have had to adjust
prices of items to justify the cost of nuts and unfortunately it is
effecting sales. Same requirements, unsalted and not roasted.
