[Market-farming] Starting Peppers from Seed

Peppers definitely need more heat than tomatoes and eggplants to germinate.  Unless the soil temperature's at least 75, it can take a couple weeks for them to come up.  It's always good to sow extra pepper seeds since the germination time can be so slow -- you don't want to wait 10 days for your peppers to come up before realizing that the germ was too low and that you're gonna need to start another batch...
