I have a thread over on Newfarm that I started, almost verbatim from  
my website, but it has higher resolution photos.

If you want to see cross forum discussions.  Someone has already  
mentioned getting the the three row planter which, I think with the  
right seed rollers and gear choices you can lay some nice high  
density bands of seeds.

Lots of possibilities for a hand seeder and small acreage.
