Jason,
I am not sure I understand. Do you mean adaptations to the Yeoman plow or
alternatives as you said, in which case, did I miss a discussion on Yeoman
plows?
I have a Yeoman Plow but don't use it for raising beds because of my soil
type but I have seen a very good adaptation developed by Eric Ardapple
[spl?] that raised some heavy Arkansas soils. Willies photo of his bed top
roller is like a very small version of what Eric did with his Yeoman plow.
There are a good number of bedformer designs around.
