[Market-farming] Greenhouse table tops

Saw hoophouse benches recently that may be my favorite to date: 5 gallon
buckets upside down, a 2xr4 on each stretching the length of the table, and
tomato stakes placed crosswise over the 2x4s. Easily taken down when bedding
plants are done.
We use industrial warehouse wire dividers we were given. They are 30" x 8
feet. Wire squares are maybe 1 1/2 square. I have put them on sawhorses, but
prefer the height of milk crates.
Was also advised on starting up that pallets on the ground or on cement
blocks also work.

I put in benches 20+ years ago that are still working well using dog-fencing
with small fence staples holding it down. Then I put chicken wire over that,
stretching it tight and stapling it with a staple gun and heavy staples. The
dog fence provides a strong base and the chicken wire fills the gap in the
dog-fencing. It was cheaper than hardware cloth back then, not sure it is
now.
