[Market-farming] Winter Greenhouse varieties for Indiana?

Black Seeded Simpson, Galactic and Winter Marvel lettuces are doing well for 
me.  Spinach wintered well, Swiss chard is so-so and beet greens were good 
until a couple of weeks ago.  Red Russian kale and Tatsoi are still going. 
No snails yet - 2' of snow tends to keep them in check.
