[Market-farming] Beetberry?

I have not chimed in for awhile but I do have some experience with  
this one. It is a perennial. In the dry Wyoming soil, the beetberry  
came back year after year. i found it was one of the earliest things  
up in the spring and a lovely addition to early salad mixes. Not  
highly profitable by itself but an interesting plant to grow.
