Did you do, or have you seen, any tests on whether and/or how fast it
finishes breaking down entirely in the soil?
It could easily have broken down to the point at which you couldn't see
any, but still be in the soil in a form that might (or might not) cause
micro-organisms trouble. Before using any, I'd like to know whether
that's likely to be happening.
