http://www.startlogic.com - very cheap if you pay 2 yrs in advance. . .
you do need to know something about html or CMS's (content management
system, many are php based). i used mambo, but am considering
simplifying and moving to wordpress. just a balance of CMS function vs
utility. i just use the web page for local interest, easy referral if
you get some press. don't really feel like i put enough into it, but
when you're busy there just isn't enough time.

http://www.farmfreshdelivery.com is an interesting blend of product,
web, and delivery. they don't grow anything (much?) at the moment. . .
but if you've got the skills or $'s could work very well, depending on
your marketing structure.

there are a good number of hosts out there. i'm big on cheap, but have
been playing with web crap for some time. startlogic only supports
Php-nuke and wordpress. I had to manually install mambo. CMS's are
super easy for instant content, and come with many features that would
be burdensome to include on a html only site. just check the versions
of apahe, php, mysql that the provider has, and what the CMS requires.
