We bought ours from a coal/sand/gravel seller.  As gardeners, we don't need
as much as farmers, of course.

Ours came in 5' lengths, also 5' high.  $7.95 each.  We bought some this
last season, so the price is fairly current.  

I can imagine that those $7.95's would add up fast for farmers.
