[Market-farming] eating local in winter

Well, we envy those in 9 or 10. Part of loving growing, I suppose!

We always tell people that when they select a site for their first high
tunnel to be sure there is room for AT LEAST one more - they'll want it
right away! We sure love ours. Sounds like you'll get 6-8 weeks of
'vacation' from growing, though, something we never manage anymore!
That's not all bad. Glad we could help 'nudge' you - it's part of our
mission.

I have zone envy Alison. I'm in 5. The new greenhouse will keep us
growing into December and start again in February but that's the best I
can do in an unheated house. And while I'm here - you're part of the
inspiration that nudged us into the greenhouse. We've put one up this
year, hope to add two more next year and two more the year after that.
Between watching what you're doing and what Eliot does we got hooked.
