[Market-farming] eating local in winter

Well, if they are our customers (SC KY, zone 6b or 7), they can
have:8-12 varieties of lettuce, mesclun, spinach, kale, collards,
Chinese cabbage, pac choi, tat soi, carrots, scallions, swiss chard,
cilantro, dill, parsley and more all winter, and cucumbers, squash,
basic, potatoes and tomatoes until Christmas, picked on Friday,
delivered to their homes on Saturday morning.
