[Market-farming] How do you Determind Your Prices for the Farmers Market

I haven't sold at Farmers Markets for the past two years because we do
better with our CSAs, farmstand and restaurant sales, but when we did,
some of the things we did were:

 > While setting up at market sent one person around to see what
everyone else was selling and check prices. We generally charged at
least as much as everyone else and usually a little more because we were
one of the few certified organic sellers. For our items like
raspberries where we had a lot and charged a premium price we would
suggest to other vendors that they raise their price if it was
significantly below ours, or if they just had a few baskets of berries
we would wait until they sold out before we started aggressively selling
ours.

 > Checked prices at the grocery store when we were in there.

 > Stopped at other farmstands to check prices.
