My license was cheap but I don't remember what I paid.  It was something 
like $25.  I can't get into the maine.gov site to look it up.  The fee is 
based on sales, retail space (I don't have) and size of the greenhouse.  I 
pay the fee, they never bother with me.  I haven't been inspected in over a 
decade.

I applied through Maine's Department of Ag.
