[Market-farming] grants for farmers' markets

Our state department of agriculture has a grant program for farmers 
markets.  Try to find out what the D.C. is eligible for - either within the 
D.C. government or from the feds. I think D.C. gets special allocations in 
lieu of being a state.  Try the USDA.
