[Market-farming] incubator for seed germination?

Since we usually are seeding 25-40 flats at a time, we use
germination mats in a cool greenhouse. With a bottom temp of 75-80, even in
a cool greenhouse, seedlings are up fast! And, since it's cooler, we get
shorter stockier growth for our transplants. They aren't cheap, but our
four have been in use 10 years so far, and are going strong. I'd hate to see
what a germination chamber large enough to handle 40 1020's would cost!
