I took a look at that site to see if they would ship liquor to NC. They have
this in the checkout:

"Orders for wine or spirits require an adult signature on delivery. We
cannot ship alcoholic beverages to: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Delaware,
Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi,
Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota,
Tennessee, Utah and Vermont."

Suggests to me they would ship to NC. I didn't think NC allowed this, as it
competes with the ABC monopoly.
