[internetworkers] Triangle apartment hunting

yeah, that's bad, but not as bad as the 1500sq/ft first floor 2
bedroom for $430k.  Also, note that the direct next door neighbors are
an auto repair shop and train tracks.  Oh, but moonlight pizza is an
amenity, I guess.
