They would be best served with an app that speaks the 3 major protocols,
POP3, IMAP4 and MAPI, assuming that is an option (is MAPI available in a
Java-mail protocol implementation?). There are clients; check
www.imap.org for a list of clients that atleast do IMAP4, it has info
about pop support and links to the individual client's official sites as
well.
