[Icommons] [cc-community] Green at the iSummit or "Commons and SocialChange"

I really like the idea of this "digital commons and social change" track.
For example, we could also have a session on State Censorship with a
particular emphasis on net censorship, and its implications for freedom of
speech, democracy, human rights, etc..
