Ron bought a LG tracphone and so far, so good. I would recommend buying
the kind that promotes double minutes for life. We bought a 60 minute
allocation, and we get 120 minutes. It expires in 3 months and costs
about $20. He's had the phone coming up on two months, used 30 minutes
so far, so if you use less than 40 minutes a month, you end up paying
about $6.50 a month.
Now, there are some pay as you go services that just rip offs, IMO...be
careful...Tracphone has been good so far for us.
My cell is employer paid now. :) Who would have thunk that I would
actually have a cell phone?
