Not quite true, Drew.  The CO2 levels have been transitorily higher due to 
specific incidents (volcanos, fires).  CO2 levels are consistantly higher 
now.

And David Fogarty as a source, well, he's good at spinning in the direction 
he wants.  If he has any credentials other than writing opinion pieces and 
doing freelance editing, I fail to find them.
