[Homestead] potato flowers !

Leslie, I just want to make sure we are on the same page.  For the
potatoes that I grow in tires, there is no 'hilling up'-no hoe is
needed.  In these parts, hilling up means that you moved the dirt into a
raised area using a hoe.  With tires, you just stack one tire onto
another and add a mulch, like waste hay or even pine straw.  You could
add some soil, too, but that would be with a shovel.  20" is about two
tires tall.  Is this what you have?
