By "I'll do the same" I mean I'll tell you what I'm brewing. I'll
probably start back in with a lager. I really enjoyed Imperial while
in Costa Rica and can't buy it locally so I'm going to try to recreate
that flavor. I think a large part of a beers character is in the water
and I'm hoping our well water will help it along. (It has helped with
other brews). I think I've read a James post here where he sprouts his
own malt- I'm not that talented but I avoid the canned malt syrups.
And if you are interested I'd be glad to meet in Brevard or Asheville
for a visit.
