[Homestead] flea beetles (eggplant)

James... Oh, James. Did you try the molasses/sugar water? How did it work
for you? I sprayed molasses water on my eggplants a few years ago as an
effort curb flea beetles. It didn't kill the flea beetles, but it attracted
a bunch of little flies who drove the flea beetles nuts. Kept them hopping
and they couldn't feed well. It wasn't perfect, but it certainly was an
improvement over eggplant without the sweet spray.
