Rob, I just saw this on another site.  The "answer" has two links.  The first link is to the exact dehydrator you are looking to build, the second link is to an alternative that she says is simpler.  I also put a link to the site from where the answer came...............

Here are two sets of DIY solar dehydrator plans. The first is what my Lover is building right now, the second is much simpler, requiring maybe $10 in material and three hours of your time. Enjoy!
